Our company and services

Phicorn Inc. provides browser-based product design, pattern editing, saved projects and actual-size PDF generation. We provide digital tools and files; we do not accept orders for physical goods or manufacturing.

The service is currently in an invitation-only beta. Public purchases are not yet available. Listed prices are planned launch prices; when purchases open, review the product, charges and applicable terms before checkout.

Your account and designs

Provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. Only upload content you own or are authorized to use. Do not infringe others' rights, distribute unlawful content or interfere with the service.

You retain your rights to the content you upload and the designs you create. You allow Phicorn to process that content to provide editing, storage, previews and exports. Keep your own copies of important work.

Credits and charges

Editing, saving projects and previews do not use Credits. A new PDF generation task uses 10 Credits and can include multiple canvases or pages. While a generated file remains available in your account, downloading it again does not use additional Credits.

The planned launch package is 250 Credits for US$5, with applicable taxes shown separately at checkout. Purchased Credits do not expire. Eligible new accounts receive a one-time grant of 100 Credits, valid for 30 days from issuance. Your account shows the balance and expiration dates.

Credits can only be used for Phicorn's own digital services. They cannot be transferred, resold, withdrawn as cash or used to pay third parties. Packages are one-time purchases, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Purchases are subject to our refund policy.

Digital files and printing

After a PDF task succeeds, the file is available in your account for download. Processing time depends on design complexity and service load; keep the order or task reference until completion. Failed or confirmed canceled tasks release reserved Credits. System retries of the same task do not incur another charge.

Print actual-size patterns at Actual Size or 100% scale and check the calibration marks. Printers, paper and cutting methods affect the final result. Check your design and printed dimensions before making your product.

Refunds, support and changes

For purchase refunds, failed tasks or unauthorized payments, see our Refunds & Digital Delivery policy or contact support. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.

We may update service descriptions and terms, with the updated date shown on the relevant page. Purchase and usage records retain the applicable prices and charges; later price changes do not change completed orders retroactively.
