Phicorn Inc. is responsible for information processed through the Phicorn website and design service. Contact us at the support email on this page with privacy questions or data requests.

Information we process

For accounts, we process email addresses, nicknames, securely hashed passwords, verification records and sign-in sessions. For design tools, we process saved projects, uploaded assets, previews and generated files.

For purchases, we process orders, Credit transactions, billing details, payment status, refunds and receipt or invoice records. We also process information you provide to support and technical and access logs needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use information and service providers

We use this information to provide account and design features, save projects, generate files, process payments and refunds, respond to support requests, protect the service and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are submitted through Stripe's payment interface; Phicorn does not store full card numbers or security codes. We receive payment results, billing details, payment-method summaries and transaction records. Stripe also processes information under its own privacy policy.

We use hosting, storage, email and payment providers as needed to deliver the service. Your information may be processed outside your country. We may also disclose necessary information when required by law or to address security incidents or disputes.

Browser storage

The site uses necessary cookies and browser storage to maintain sign-in, remember language and workspace preferences, and protect sessions. You can clear this data in your browser; clearing sign-in data may require you to log in again.

Retention and deletion

We retain information as needed to provide the service, maintain security and meet applicable obligations. Deleting an account or project may not immediately remove all backups, security records or transaction records required by law; retained records are not used to continue terminated account features.
